The room was updated and beautiful. Great view of mall. Comfortable room layout. Convenient downtown location. Rooftop deck access. Helpful manager. Water pressure in shower perfect. Plenty of hot water.

Cannot find any fault.

Being next to a bus stop was a bonus. Mezzaluna is within walking distance the hotel. Vacation base for a city trip in Aspen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. the location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of everything Aspen has to offer. The hotel is situated on the mall, next door to a L'occitane store, which was a nice bonus for shopping enthusiasts like myself. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous, making me feel right at home during my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities, including a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which added to the overall convenience and comfort. Lastly, the breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch, giving me a good start to my day without having to venture out immediately. this hotel provided excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations in every way.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was without a doubt, a wonderful experience in every aspect.

The room was well, appointed with comfortable furniture and a mini, fridge. the hotel location was ideal for exploring the town and the mountains, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and parks. the rooftop hot tub had stunning views and provided a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Finding parking was a nightmare, as there were no designated spaces for the hotel guests. the hotel check, in and elevator access were one level below street level, which could be problematic for those with ski equipment or small children.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was convenient to everything, right across the street from the bus station and next door to a L'occitane store. The hotel facilities were great, especially the roof deck overlooking the Aspen Ski Area. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and updated. We also loved the fact that transportation was so easy, with a bus stop just seconds away.
